GRAHAM FM has secured a place on the Fusion21 Decarbonisation Framework.

The leading facilities management contractor was awarded first place in every region of Lot 2 - Decarbonisation of Public & Education Buildings, which is estimated to be worth up to £250m.

The four-year framework was specifically designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations, including housing associations, local authorities, government, NHS trusts, blue light organisations and all education providers.

It will support the delivery of energy efficiency measures and thermal fabric improvements.

GRAHAM will provide a “whole building approach” to non-domestic buildings throughout the UK at both a regional and local level.

The regions are categorised as North West, North East & Yorkshire, East & West Midlands, South West, London, South East & East England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Anticipated values for individual schemes range from £1m to £5m.

In order to meet tight project delivery timescales, call-off options will enable either a direct award or further competition.

Commenting on GRAHAM FM’s national selection, Gareth Smyth, GRAHAM FM Operations Director, said:

“The Fusion21 Decarbonisation Framework will play an important role in improving energy efficiency in the public sector in line with the zero-carbon agenda. This framework will allow us to build on our proven track record of delivering intelligent renewable and energy efficient solutions for our public sector partners. To finish first in every region of Lot 2, against such strong competition, demonstrates the strength of our offer, which is built on the platform of technical expertise, innovative and sustainable delivery and a commitment to maximising social value.”
