The GRAHAM team at Weddell House has successfully achieved project completion.

Weddell House is one of five individual apartment buildings refurbished as part of Project Horizon, located within the City of London.

Comprised of 65 luxury apartments (8 of which are duplex) over 9 floors, the full refurbishment included main entrance areas on the ground floor and communal areas.

The project scope of works included full strip out and install of new M&E services including plant room, tanks and pumps, the installation of new support steelwork, architectural ceilings, replacement of windows to the front facade, new roof finishes and external brick and stone cleaning and repairs.
