×

Project Overview

Client: NI Water

Programme Value: Total £1.2bn

Duration: 2020 - 2024

The strategic IF105 Integrated Partnerships Framework has been developed by NI Water to support the delivery of its proposed water and sewerage capital investments.

The framework consists of three multi-party Lots as follows:

  • Lot 1 Water and Sewerage Infrastructure Works (£240 million)
  • Lot 2 Water and Sewerage Non-Infrastructure Works (£240 million)
  • Lot 3 Water and Sewerage Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure Works (£1.2 billion)

It will run for an initial four-year term with extension options for a further four years in total.

As part of the framework, we are delivering a range of maintenance and investment projects on water and sewerage infrastructure and non-infrastructure across NI Water’s assets.

The framework award follows an ongoing portfolio of work amounting to over £20 million that our Civil Engineering division is delivering for NI Water.

Current projects in progress include maintenance and improvement works to a number of Wastewater Treatment Works and Pumping Stations, replacement pumping mains, Newpoint WwPS SWELL Project Carlingford Lough and a new 35m/l clear water basin and pumping station at Drumaroad Water Treatment Works in Castlewellan. We have also recently been awarded substantial improvement works to Faughan RWPS and Weir.
