GRAHAM Begins New Repairs and Maintenance Contract with Sandwell Property Care

We have commenced the new contract with Sandwell Property Care (part of Corporate Landlord), across the Borough’s non-housing properties.

GRAHAM will deliver a response maintenance service, carrying out a broad range of reactive repairs, including a 1-hour response.

In addition to the provision of a full ‘out of hours’ emergency service, 24 hours per day, 365 days a year, GRAHAM will deliver planned works from minor maintenance up to larger planned projects which include design, project management and principle designer, as and when required.Works will be carried out on the Council’s diverse property portfolio, including office accommodation, schools, museums, libraries, leisure centres, industrial premises, community centres and schools.
