In response to Latimer by Clarion Housing Group’s request for greater cross‑project consistency and collaboration, GRAHAM has introduced a dedicated Health & Safety Senior Leadership Team (SLT) Forum across the Dyecoats (Leeds) and Boddingtons (Manchester) schemes.
This group meets monthly and serves as a key driver for maintaining and continuously improving safe working practices across both live schemes. The SLT Forum rotates between the two project locations each month and brings together representatives from the full supply chain. This includes teams currently active on-site, as well as those due to begin work in the coming months. By engaging early and consistently, the forum ensures expectations are aligned, communication remains strong and a proactive health and safety culture is embedded across all partners. As part of this collaborative effort, several incentives have been introduced to recognise individuals and teams who demonstrate outstanding commitment to health and safety. These awards celebrate operatives, supply chain partners and project employees who go above and beyond to uphold best practice and set high standards across both schemes.

A Strong Safety Record and a Shared Commitment to Improve
Through this joined-up approach, both projects continue to maintain an excellent health and safety record. The collective focus from GRAHAM, Latimer by Clarion Housing Group and supply chain partners reflects a shared commitment to continual improvement and incident prevention.
Together, we are building not only safer sites, but stronger relationships and better outcomes for all involved.
